This consultation is required before booking a Sisterlock or Microlock establishment, transfer, or repair service. We will discuss your hair goals, hair history, maintenance expectations, pricing, timing, and which loc option may be best for you. Your hair and scalp will also be assessed for texture, density, length, and overall condition. For new establishments, test locks may be installed during the consultation to see how your hair responds and to help determine the best locking pattern. Please arrive with your hair clean, loose, detangled, and free of heavy products.

Transfer Client Consultation

Sisterlock/Microlock Establishment

Begin your loc journey with a customized Sisterlock or Microlock establishment based on your hair texture, density, length, and desired look. This service includes your full loc installation, clean parting foundation, and basic aftercare guidance. This is 1-2 day service. A consultation is required before booking to confirm pricing, timing, hair condition, and the best loc option for you. Please arrive with clean, stretched/detangled hair free of heavy products.

Child - Sisterlock establishment

This service includes the full Sisterlock installation, a clean grid pattern, gentle care for the scalp, and parent guidance on proper at-home maintenance, including banding, washing, and protecting the locs between appointments. A consultation is required before booking to confirm hair length, density, pricing, timing, and whether your child is ready for the establishment process. Please note: Parent/guardian must be present or available during the appointment. Pricing and appointment time may vary depending on hair length, hair density, and the child’s ability to sit comfortably.

Curly-End Crochet Installation

This service is for clients who want human hair curly ends added to their existing locs for a fuller, softer, or more finished look. Human hair is crocheted into the ends of the locs to create a curly-end style while blending as naturally as possible with your current loc pattern. Hair must be clean, separated, and ready for service. Client is responsible for providing the correct human hair. Color match is not guaranteed, especially for custom colors, highlights, or shades outside of natural black/brown tones. Please note: shedding, color mismatch, and texture differences can happen with human hair and are not the responsibility of the stylist. Additional time may be needed depending on loc count, density, and how much hair is being added.

Curly-End Prep

Curly-End Prep (unraveling/open sealed ends) is for clients who need sealed or tightly closed loc ends gently unraveled/opened before adding curly ends or human hair extensions. This service helps prepare the locs for a softer, fuller curly-end look. Pricing is based on time, loc count, and how sealed the ends are. This service does not include retightening, repair, or added hair unless booked separately.
